The Assistant Professor in Psychology is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across core and specialized areas such as cognitive, developmental, social, and abnormal psychology, using evidence-based and student-centered approaches.

• Deliver high-quality teaching across core and specialized psychology areas
• Prepare and update course materials
• Assess student performance and supervise research projects
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous program improvement to align with international standards and emerging trends in psychology
• Active engagement in research and scholarly activities, including publications and participation in academic conferences
• Academic advising and departmental service
• Collaboration with community and professional organizations to enhance student learning and program relevance
• Head research in specialized area to enhance ADU's profile and contribute to knowledge development of the local and international community
• Engage in diverse pedagogical methods and instructional strategies supporting student holistic development
