Alkalma Healthcare is looking for a Clinical Psychologist with a valid DOH License to join their dedicated Clinical team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in the mental health care industry by providing high-quality psychological services to a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and treatment options
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field
• Participate in case consultations and professional development activities

Requirements:
• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
• Valid DOH License to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Strong understanding of psychological assessment and intervention techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficient in documentation and record-keeping practices
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
• Arabic Speakers Preferred
