The psychological health team at Concentrix is a diverse group of specialists dedicated to developing, delivering, and evaluating employee health and wellbeing strategies for Trust & Safety teams. The Onsite Wellbeing Counsellor will provide onsite mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver one to one onsite counselling sessions using short-term therapeutic interventions such as CBT, ACT and MBT
• Deliver one to one onsite coaching sessions and develop resilience plans
• Deliver onsite group and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience and healthy coping strategies
• Facilitate onsite creative sessions such as creative therapies, music therapies, and mindfulness-based activities
• Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content and follow escalation protocols
• Evaluate and appropriately manage risks of harm to self or others
• Manage confidential case records and reports safely
• Deliver psychometric assessments to employees
• Review assessment data for trends and contribute to insight reports
• Complete administrative duties including tracking session data and case notes

Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, or psychotherapy
• Current unrestricted license to practice in Saudi Arabia
• Minimum 3 years of experience in wellbeing or psychotherapy field
• Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling
• Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing/mental health training, workshops and webinars
• Strong data management skills
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic
• English B1 as a plus

Desired:
• Experience working in Trust and Safety or a content moderation environment
