About the Role:
Conduct 1:1 counselling sessions with opportunities to support group sessions, psychoeducation webinars, and wellness workshops – all fully remote, on your schedule.

This Role May Be a Fit If You:
• Are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care
• Provide outcome-focused, client-centred counselling (CBT, person-centred, solution-focused, mindfulness-based – or a mix)
• Have an innate ability to build warm, trusting therapeutic relationships remotely
• Are comfortable working in a telemedicine environment
• Are adaptable and enjoy growing within a dynamic, mission-driven startup

You are Perfect If:
• You hold a Masters in Psychology – M.Sc Psychology, M.A Psychology, M.Sc Counselling, or equivalent
• You are eligible to practise counselling independently in India
• You are empathetic, an intuitive listener, and deeply invested in your clients wellbeing
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• You are open to collaborating with psychiatrists or clinical psychologists
• You are entrepreneurial – freshers with the right mindset are very welcome
