The Solution Consultant for Psychometric Assessments will play a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Solutions Group Team by conducting research and data analysis, preparing briefing documentation, and assisting in the rollout and maintenance of key platforms. Lead and support the sales team in engaging with key clients including CXOs for psychometric assessments and talent development solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the sales team in engaging with key clients and stakeholders at a senior level for psychometric assessments discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and analyzing client requirements and providing solution-focused approaches
• Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that address client needs
• Oversee and drive the delivery of psychometric assessments, including Assessment Development Centers
• Independently manage complex assessment projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Stay abreast of industry trends, research, and best practices in psychometric assessments
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on the latest trends and innovations
• Contribute to development of whitepapers, case studies, and research papers
• Provide thought leadership through industry events, conferences, and forums

Requirements:
• Post-graduate in Psychology (preferably I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology or Organizational Behavior). PhD is an added edge
• At least 5 years of experience in psychometric assessments consulting
• Excellent communication skills, strong executive presence, analytical ability, customer centricity
• Conversant in local language is an advantage
