The Department of Psychology at MY University Islamabad is seeking faculty at the Associate Professor and Assistant Professor levels.

Qualifications:
• PhD in Psychology (preferred for Associate Professor); M.Phil./PhD for Assistant Professor
• HEC-recognized degree required

Experience:
• Associate Professor: Minimum 5-7 years of teaching/research experience at university level, with publications in HEC-recognized journals
• Assistant Professor: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching/research experience (fresh PhDs may be considered)

Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering undergraduate/postgraduate lectures in Psychology (Clinical, Cognitive, Developmental, Organizational, etc.)
• Supervising student research/theses
• Publishing research in peer-reviewed journals
• Curriculum development and academic advising

Preferred Specializations:
• Clinical Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Neuropsychological Assessment
