SoulSync operates a tiered counselor model providing real-time online emotional support, psychoeducation, and structured guidance to users via voice calls. This is evidence-informed supportive counseling for everyday stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, career pressures, and general wellbeing.

Tier Experience Profile:
1. Listener: 3-6 years, diploma/certificate in counseling or psychology
2. Associate Counselor: 6-10 years, Bachelor in Psychology
3. Senior Counselor: 10+ years, Master in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
4. Specialist: RCI-registered psychologist or NIMHANS-affiliated, niche expertise

Responsibilities:
• Conduct real-time voice/chat sessions on stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, self-esteem, career transitions
• Apply evidence-based frameworks such as CBT, TA, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques
• Maintain session notes within the platform
• Adhere to ethical guidelines around confidentiality, informed consent, and professional boundaries
• Identify and escalate sessions involving risk of harm, severe mental illness, or crisis
• Maintain minimum session rating of 4.0/5.0 across 30-day rolling windows
• Complete mandatory platform induction training (approx. 4 hours, self-paced)
• Participate in scheduled group supervision sessions (online, 60 minutes)

Languages: Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.

Compensation: Per-minute earnings, tiered by counselor level. Earnings credited monthly. Top-rated counselors unlock bonus multipliers and priority listing.
