We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist & Behavior Therapist to join our Autism Centre in Baldia Town, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychological and behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide psychological counseling and behavior therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Work collaboratively with special educators, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Guide and counsel parents on behavior management strategies and home-based interventions
• Maintain accurate case records, assessment reports, and documentation
• Participate in case discussions, parent meetings, and awareness activities

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities will be preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
