General Purpose: To conduct on-ground counseling sessions in rural areas, providing quality mental health support, crisis intervention, and guidance on social distresses, with a focus on mental health and suicide prevention.

Key Requirements:
• Must be a Sindhi-speaking resource who can maintain friendly communication and a non-judgmental approach
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Gender: Male/Female
• Domicile: Sindh
• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with demonstrated knowledge of psychotherapy and counseling techniques
• Experience working directly in rural communities is preferred
• Call-center experience (e.g., mental-health helpline inquiries) is highly advantageous
