SALARY: 7,800 - 12,400 PLN gross per month

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in psychology and doctoral degree in social sciences or humanities in psychology
- Experience teaching at academic level (lectures, workshops, diploma seminars)
- High teaching and methodological skills (certificates welcome)
- Ability to create original class curricula and innovative teaching materials
- Documented completion of courses improving teaching qualifications
- Experience in active participation in international academic conferences
- Academic achievements in social psychology confirmed by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- Experience implementing grants from external sources
- English proficiency for conducting classes
- Fluency in Polish
- Readiness to teach on weekends
- Readiness to be employed at SWPS as primary place of employment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct classes (lectures, workshops, Master seminars) in psychology
- Develop original class curricula
- Perform teaching tasks including syllabi, grading, exams
- Continuous improvement of teaching skills
- Conduct academic research and seek funding
- Publish research results in peer-reviewed journals
- Involvement in organizational work
- Promote psychological knowledge
- Publish educational articles
- Support University marketing activities
