REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-doctoral degree (doktor habilitowany) in social sciences or humanities in psychology
- Specialization in social psychology
- Experience teaching at academic level (lectures, workshops, seminars)
- High teaching and methodological skills
- Documented teaching qualifications and awards for teaching activities
- Active participation in international academic conferences
- Academic achievements in social psychology confirmed by publications in peer-reviewed journals with impact factor
- Experience implementing grants from external sources
- English proficiency for conducting classes
- Fluency in Polish
- Readiness to teach on weekends
- Commitment to declare SWPS as primary place of employment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct classes (lectures, workshops, Master seminars) including doctoral education
- Develop original class curricula
- Perform teaching tasks including syllabi, grading, exams, consultations
- Mentor teaching staff
- Promote research results among students and doctoral candidates
- Support development of student and doctoral organizations
- Conduct academic research and seek funding
- Initiate application-oriented projects
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals
- Integrate student community and maintain alumni relationships
- Participate in organizational work and collegial bodies
