SALARY: 5,705 - 7,297 EUR gross per month

REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in neuropsychology and/or neuropsychological rehabilitation or related patient-oriented discipline
- Research background in patient-centred research
- Expertise involving patient researchers and stakeholders in the Netherlands
- Excellent writing skills with publications in peer-reviewed international journals
- Experience with multidisciplinary research in clinical and cognitive neuropsychology
- Track record of obtaining external funding
- Enthusiastic teacher with experience teaching and supervising students
- University teaching qualification highly recommended
- English C1 level and fluent in Dutch

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 50% Teaching: Set up, coordinate and lecture Bachelor 3 course in Clinical Neuropsychology. Supervise Bachelor and Master thesis projects. Teach in English-taught Bachelor Psychology program and Dutch-taught Master Gezondheidszorgpsychologie program
- 50% Research: Focus on clinical neuropsychology and/or neuropsychological rehabilitation. Build collaborations with regional clinical centres. Actively apply for grant-based and contract funding

RESEARCH AREAS:
- Neuropsychological profiling in neurodegenerative disease or brain disorders
- Cognitive rehabilitation in patients with brain disorders
- Brain-behaviour mechanisms in acquired brain injury

RESEARCH ENVIRONMENT:
Embedded in Donders Centre for Cognition (Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour). 700+ researchers. Excellent research facilities including advanced EEG, eye movement registration, fMRI access, internal technical support. Donders Institute assessed as excellent by international evaluation committee.
