Post-doctoral Research Fellow in Psychology

LOCATION: Kristiansand, Norway

TYPE: Full-Time, Fixed-Term (3 years)

SALARY: NOK 690,000 - 750,000 gross per year

REQUIREMENTS:
- Cand.Psych., Master degree, or equivalent in psychology or closely related field
- PhD in psychology or related discipline (thesis approved by application deadline)
- Documented academic achievements and research potential
- Proficiency in Norwegian or another Scandinavian language at A2 level (written and oral)
- Good knowledge of English (written and oral)

PREFERRED:
- Experience with empirical psychological research
- Experience with longitudinal research designs
- Experience with scientific publishing
- Interest in mental health and psychosocial development

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop project proposal within framework of PULSE project (Psychology University students Longitudinal Study of Emergence)
- Actively contribute to data collection, analysis, and publication
- Contribute to teaching, supervision, and assessment
- Submit project proposal (maximum 6 pages) with research questions, methodological approaches, and implementation plan
