REQUIREMENTS:

Professor/Associate Professor Level:
- Doctoral degree in Industrial Psychology from accredited institution
- Professional registration with Professional Board for Psychology as industrial psychologist
- Proven record of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
- Completed research supervision of masters and doctoral students
- Recognised research outputs and scholarly impact
- Advanced statistical computing (R, SPSS, SAS, LISREL, Mplus, ATLAS.ti, NVivo)
- 7-10 years teaching experience

Senior Lecturer Level:
- Doctorate in Industrial Psychology with research output record
- Professional registration as industrial psychologist
- 2-6 years relevant experience

Lecturer Level:
- Master in Industrial Psychology with research output record
- Professional registration as industrial psychologist
- 2-6 years relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in industrial psychology and HRM
- Postgraduate supervision and research
- Internship supervision
- Publishing in accredited journals
- Presenting at conferences
- Service activities and social impact programmes
- Academic and managerial leadership (Professor/Associate Professor level)
