- Strong communication in English and Hindi
- Empathetic, organized, proactive
- Comfortable working with targets

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connect with clients and understand concerns
- Help clients find the right therapist
- Support clients throughout therapy journey
- Manage client follow-ups, conversions, and retention
- Work with therapists and internal teams
