SALARY: 00,000 - 10,000 annual base salary plus call pay and leadership stipends

REQUIREMENTS:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- J-1 Waiver sponsorship available with pathway to permanent residency

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Join and lead interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality psychiatric care
- Provide clinical leadership, teaching, and mentorship to care team members
- Participate in teaching and lecturing within Adult Psychiatry Residency Program if desired
- Oversee diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Ensure therapies align with treatment goals
- Conduct initial evaluations, initiate treatment interventions, and provide ongoing care
- Contribute to program development
