REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in I/O Psychology or related field by August 23, 2027
- Evidence of research activity/publication in high-quality peer-reviewed I/O Psychology and Management journals
- Ability to effectively teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses
- Ability to advise/mentor graduate students in research
- Interest in urban communities research: health, career outlooks, employment, well-being, public safety, civic engagement
- Teaching and research content may include: recruitment, selection, performance management, team processes, leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach at both undergraduate and graduate level in I/O Psychology
- Advise and mentor graduate students in research
- Lead collaborations among faculty, students, and community partners
- Conduct research in I/O Psychology
- Community-engaged teaching, research, and service

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
Almost 400 undergraduate majors, graduating up to 100 per year. 3 PhD programs and standalone MA program in I/O. One of the largest academic units in Buchtel College of Arts and Sciences and leading units on campus.
