REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in organizational behavior, psychology, or related area (or expected by May 2027)
- Record of scholarly publications in top research journals in management, psychology, or related fields
- Demonstrated or promise toward effective teaching at undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels
- Micro-orientation research focus
- Specific area of research is open

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research in organizational behavior or related field
- Teach at undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels
- Engage in service activities for academic discipline, business school, and university

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
Organization & Management area is research-active, interdisciplinary group of micro- and macro-oriented scholars. Current micro faculty include Emily Bianchi, Erika Hall, Jill Perry-Smith, Laura Wallace, and Melissa Williams.
