REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in psychology, organizational behavior, or related discipline
- Background in negotiation, decision making, trust, emotions, cognitive processes
- Interest in understanding and solving real-world problems using rigorous research methods
- Interdisciplinary perspective welcome

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research in behavioral science
- Teach MBA and executive education courses related to negotiation, organizational economics, behavioral economics, and decision-making
- Teach doctoral courses
- Work with doctoral students in organizational behavior and business economics programs
