REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed PhD in psychology or related field by August 2027
- Commitment to all aspects of Hope College mission as liberal arts college
- Commitment to Christian faith, liberal arts, and inclusive excellence
- Experience working with ethnically and underrepresented students

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach courses in cognitive psychology
- Additional teaching: Introduction to Psychology, Introduction to Neuroscience, Research Methods, seminar courses
- Teaching load: three courses per semester (typically two preparations)
- Research program involving undergraduates
- Integrate research with teaching

WHAT IS OFFERED:

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
13 tenured/tenure-track faculty, graduates about 90 majors per year. National leader in faculty-student collaborative research. Contributes to neuroscience, global health, American ethnic studies, peace and justice, and womens and gender studies programs.
