REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology or related area by start date
- Expertise in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Health Psychology, or complementary speciality (Neuroscience, Multicultural, Forensic, Environmental)
- Passion for excellent undergraduate teaching
- Active and productive research program engaging students

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach 3 classes in Fall, 1 class in January term, 3 classes in Spring
- Teach courses in specific area of expertise
- Teach undergraduate Research Methods
- Teach General Psychology and First Year Seminar or Senior Seminar
- Mentor undergraduate students in research
- Serve as academic and career advisor

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT:
Very collegial and supportive team of six full-time faculty. Expertise spanning counseling, educational, social, cognitive, developmental psychology and neuroscience. Psychology popular as major and minor. Students can graduate with emphasis in counseling/clinical psychology or research. Contributes to Neuroscience major/minor and other interdisciplinary programs.
