REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor in Clinical Psychology
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and empathetic approach to client support

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional consultation on personal and workplace concerns
- Assess and intervene in crisis situations
- Deliver counselling through chat, phone, and video sessions
- Manage assigned cases through to successful resolution
- Complete clinical and administrative documentation accurately and on time
- Facilitate referrals to EAP, medical, and community resources
