REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master in Psychology or related field
- 2-4 years teaching experience, preferably at A Level
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Cambridge or Edexcel examination boards preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach A Level Psychology
- Prepare students for external examinations
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills
- Encourage independent learning and intellectual curiosity
- Create engaging, student-centred learning environment
