Psychologist (Curriculum and Community)

EMPLOYER: Psych Residency

LOCATION: Noida/Delhi NCR, India

TYPE: Full-Time

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or related field
- 0-2 years clinical/applied experience (internships, practicum, early practice included)
- Strong grounding in psychological theory with interest in real-world application
- Comfortable writing and structuring content
- Good written and verbal communication for community-facing work
- Organised, dependable, able to manage recurring tasks with minimal supervision
- Based in or able to work aligned with Noida/Delhi NCR working hours

PREFERRED:
- Prior experience with training, teaching, or curriculum work
- Familiarity with community spaces, cohorts, or peer groups
- Interest in business and delivery side of mental health practice

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support curriculum design
- Review and refine session content, case studies, and supervision materials
- Research clinical frameworks and practice standards for early-career psychologists
- Build community engagement
- Document and organize clinical resources, reading lists, and reference content
- Identify gaps in training content from participant feedback
- Coordinate day-to-day between facilitators and cohort

NOTE: This is NOT a therapy-delivery role. Focus on curriculum design, community building, and content development.
