T32 Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Substance Use Prevention

TYPE: Full-Time, 2-year NIH NRSA stipend (possible 3rd year extension)

START DATE: Between July 17, 2026 and June 15, 2027

REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in field relevant to substance use prevention and/or implementation science within last 5 years
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident (NIH T32 eligibility)
- Evidence of research activity (publications, presentations)

PREFERRED:
- Research interests in substance use prevention and implementation science
- Strong methodological skills
- Strong communication skills
- Capacity for research productivity

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in mentored research teams on substance use prevention
- Disseminate research through publications and conference presentations
- Receive training in grant preparation
- Attend weekly training seminar
- Attend graduate level courses in addiction and implementation science
- Work with research-practice partnerships
- Address health disparities in vulnerable populations
