Master of Mental Health - Online Facilitator

LOCATION: Melbourne, Australia (Remote)

TYPE: Contract/Temp (Independent Contractor)

SALARY: ,800 per cohort of ~25 students + performance rewards up to 20%

COMMITMENT: 10-15 hours per week, 7 days per week between 5pm-10pm Melbourne time

REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctoral qualification or Master Degree in Mental Health, Nursing (Master mandatory)
- Minimum 5+ years relevant Mental Health practitioner, research, or professional experience
- Active registration as Mental Health practitioner or AHPRA
- Full working rights in Australia
- Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Personal laptop and high-speed internet (>10 Mbps)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide subject matter guidance to cohort of 25-30 postgraduate students
- Conduct 1:1 academic support sessions
- Guide students on course content and assessments
- Perform assessment grading with detailed feedback
- Manage and moderate weekly discussion forums
- Support students in academic skills development
- Deliver timely, proactive, personalised support
- Engage via email, calls, and online platforms
