REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in Psychology or closely related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead innovative research
- Strong commitment to teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
- Ability to supervise Honours, Master, and PhD research projects
- Demonstrated ability or potential to secure competitive research funding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver high-quality, research-informed teaching
- Supervise honours and higher degree research students
- Maintain active research program through collaboration and scholarly outputs
- Contribute to academic leadership, service, and industry engagement
