SALARY: Level B: 14,917 - 35,932 + 17% Super | Level C: Starting 40,127 + 17% Super

LECTURER LEVEL B REQUIREMENTS:
- Masters degree or equivalent in Psychology
- Registration as Psychologist in Australia with Endorsement in Health or Organisational Psychology
- Board Approved Supervisor status or willingness to gain
- Demonstrated placement supervision experience
- Research interests aligned with School strengths
- Developing record of quality peer-reviewed publications
- Knowledge of modern teaching pedagogy

SENIOR LECTURER LEVEL C REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctoral qualification in Psychological Science or related field
- Experience in program coordination
- Research project leadership experience
- Record of excellent teaching and learning
- Postgraduate supervision with history of doctoral completion

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to education and development of future psychology professionals
- High-quality teaching, supervision, mentoring, research and professional practice
- Create engaging learning experiences
- Strengthen School research and professional activities
- At Senior Lecturer level: academic leadership, mentor colleagues

SPECIALISATION: Health Psychology or Organisational Psychology
