Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Psychology Practice

EMPLOYER: ISN Psychology

LOCATION: Melbourne or Sydney, Australia (Hybrid; remote within Australia considered)

TYPE: Full-Time preferred (0.6 FTE to 1.0 FTE considered)

SALARY: 40,000 - 60,000 per year

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current registration as psychologist with AHPRA
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications in psychology
- Demonstrated capacity to teach, supervise, train or support students
- Capacity to contribute to curriculum, assessment, feedback and student learning
- Research, scholarship, supervision or professional practice profile
- Commitment to ethical practice, professional psychology standards, cultural responsiveness, equity and inclusion

PREFERRED:
- PsyBA Board Approved Supervisor status
- Endorsement as Clinical Psychologist
- Experience in APAC-accredited psychology programs
- Experience coordinating units or curriculum development
- Experience supervising honours, masters, doctoral students
- Experience in online, blended, simulation-based or practice-based learning
- Expertise in clinical, educational or practice psychology, psychological assessment, practice supervision, wellbeing, translational mental health

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach postgraduate psychology subjects
- Coordinate units or course programs
- Contribute to curriculum design, assessment quality, moderation
- Supervise honours, masters, doctoral research projects
- Contribute to clinical education and placement learning
- Support student development and readiness for practice
- Develop research, scholarship or professional practice agenda
- At Level C: academic leadership, program coordination, research collaborations
