Full/Associate/Assistant Professor of Educational Psychology

REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in Educational Psychology or closely related discipline
- Proven excellence in teaching undergraduate and/or graduate Psychology courses
- Record of research, publications, and professional achievements

PREFERRED:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to integrate diverse cultural and ethical perspectives
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, multicultural academic environment
- Strong organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Psychology
- Develop and update course materials
- Assess student learning outcomes
- Contribute to program development and accreditation
- Engage in research and scholarly activities
- Provide academic advising
- Participate in departmental committees and community outreach
- Maintain office hours
- Proctor exams
