REQUIREMENTS:
- Master degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in a CBSE school preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Whole-School SEL & Mental Health framework
- Ensure Child Safeguarding & POCSO compliance
- Lead a team of counsellors & wellbeing coordinators
- Use data-informed wellbeing strategies and insights for school leadership
- Drive Parent engagement & community mental health initiatives
