REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in a CBSE school preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead whole-school SEL and Mental Health framework
- Child Safeguarding and POCSO compliance
- Lead a team of counsellors and wellbeing coordinators
- Data-informed wellbeing strategies for school leadership
- Parent engagement and community mental health initiatives
