REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience working as a counsellor in a school, preferably international school
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and educators
- Ability to build meaningful connections with children
- Understanding of emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Confidence in conducting parent interactions, counselling sessions, and parent workshops
- Ability to collaborate with teachers and school leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support students overall well-being and development
- Conduct parent interactions, counselling sessions, and workshops
- Create safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young learners
