Head of Department - Psychology

TYPE: Full-Time (8 hours/day, 6 days/week)

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized, accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and academic experience in higher education
- Proven academic leadership experience (HOD, Dean, or similar)
- Demonstrated record of scholarly research and publications
- Experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and program management

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Academic, administrative, and strategic departmental leadership
- Curriculum development, teaching quality, and accreditation
- Faculty recruitment, performance management, and development
- Research output: publications, conferences, and scholarly work
- Student engagement, advising, and program growth
