Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Psychology to join its academic staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in psychology, ensuring clarity and engagement.
• Design and update course materials to reflect current developments and research in psychology.
• Supervise postgraduate students' research projects, providing guidance and mentorship throughout the research process.
• Plan, conduct, and publish original research studies in peer-reviewed, HEC-recognized journals to advance psychological knowledge.
• Participate actively in departmental research groups, academic seminars, and university committees to foster a collaborative environment.
• Evaluate and grade students' coursework, assignments, and exams with fairness and transparency.
• Contribute to curriculum development by integrating cutting-edge psychological theories, methods, and applications.
• Organize and lead workshops or seminars to support student learning and professional growth.
• Stay updated with current research trends and best teaching practices in psychology to continually enhance instructional quality.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects and academic initiatives.
• Engage in community outreach or academic events to promote psychological education and research.
• Maintain academic records and prepare reports as required by university administration.

Requirements:
• PhD in Psychology or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching and research experience.
• Strong publication record in HEC-recognized journals.
• Commitment to academic rigor, research excellence, and professional development of students.
