Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research initiatives and actively seek research funding opportunities.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects, providing academic guidance and mentorship.
• Advise students on research methodologies, professional development, and participation in academic and research activities.
• Contribute to curriculum development, reviewing course content to align with academic quality and accreditation requirements.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement through program assessment and development of new academic offerings.
• Participate in departmental, faculty, and university committees, supporting strategic planning and operational initiatives.
• Assist in organizing academic events such as seminars, workshops, and conferences to foster a scholarly community.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, healthcare institutions, and community stakeholders.
• Promote mental health awareness and participate in outreach programs to enhance psychological wellbeing in the community.
• Represent the university at professional and academic forums, contributing to the institution's visibility and reputation.
• Apply ethical research practices including informed consent procedures, data privacy compliance, and adherence to Institutional Review Board protocols.

Requirements:
• 4 years of relevant experience
• Strong mentorship and communication skills
