Job Specification:
• 16 years of education in Psychology or related field

Job Description:
• Hire and supervise a team of 20 Assistant Coordinators (working remotely) for CVSP.
• Sifting of cases reported by the subordinate Assistant Coordinators into two categories:
a) Psychological
b) Others
• Provide psychological assistance to clients (online/face to face/etc) as per own convenience.
• Forward other cases to CVSP head office.
• Create awareness regarding CVSP in social circle.

Salary/Compensation:
Comprises three parts:
• Fees received from clients directly
• Percentage of income received from clients who approach CVSP through his/her subordinate team of Assistant Coordinators
• Percentage of donations received from his/her sources OR sources of his/her subordinate team in case he/she is financially deserving

Timings:
No fixed timing. Can work from anywhere for any time on an as and when available basis.
